LatAm Banking Operations - Analyst
Location : Buenos Aires, Argentina
Title : Analyst
Ops HUB Functional Team : Back Office Team - Treasury Services
Morgan's Treasury Services (TS) business is one of the world's largest providers of cash management, trade, liquidity and escrow services that help resolve the working capital and efficiency challenges facing treasury professionals.
Responsibilities include:
» Execute Business As Usual operating routines according to standard operating procedures defined;
» Initiate manual payment instructions (for both internal & external clients);
» Perform payments & balances monitoring;
» Escalation of exceptions/discrepancies;
» Generate periodic reports/metrics as required;
» Suggest process improvements and efficiencies in the process;
» Liaise with TS Product, Client Service & implementation teams on clients requests
Qualifications include:
» Bachelor´s degree
» Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
» Self-Starter able to work independently as part of an integrated team
» Able to meet deadlines and prioritize; work under pressure
» Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
» Flexibility to assume different functions and responsibilities
Requirements include:
» Knowledge of Core Cash Products
» Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in operational areas within financial institutions
» MS Office package
» Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
» Availability to work from 12PM to 9PM
