Teacher Management ServicesThe full recruitment, management and development of online teachers on behalf of client schools / companies.Our managed teachers either work from home or from our teaching centres.2. Certifications & TrainingWe offer a fully accredited TEFL certification, which was developed specifically for the online teaching industry.Additional courses focused on improving online teaching performance and leadership are available for all of our teachers in the Inspire Academy.The RoleYour responsibilities will include :- Immediate Start : Begin your journey right away.- Flexible Hours : Work during peak hours from Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 11 AM BRT, with a minimum of 40 hours per month.- Student Base :Teach children and adults residing in Asia.- Contract Type : Become an Independent Service Provider with The Really Great Teacher Company.- Location : Enjoy the convenience of working remotely.Compensation :- Hourly Rate : $6 per hour.- Monthly Earnings : Between $240 and $715, depending on your chosen schedule.Ideal ProfileRequirements- Education : Possess a completed bachelor's degree.- Certification : Completed an accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA course.- Experience : Have at least 2 years of online English teaching experience.- Skills : Computer literate with a clean criminal record.TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)- Hardware : PC with Intel® Core™ i5 CPU @2 GHz (4 CPUs) or better, and 8GB RAM or more.- Power Supply : Utilize Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with 4-5 hours battery life (2000VA) if needed.- Internet : Stable fibre / cable connection with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds, connected via LAN cable.- Equipment : Noise-canceling headsets and HD web camera, with a backup headset recommended.- Environment :Maintain a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching space.What's on Offer?- Work within a company with a solid track record of success- Excellent career development opportunities- Flexible working options
