Onsite Support Engineer

Help group IT support teams in maintaining Endava IT infrastructure Provide onsite and remote desktop support for employees using Endava IT assets and systems IT hardware asset management Update internal documentation and procedures Offer technical expertise for non-technical staff Respond to high priority issues in a timely manner to assure business continuity Out of business hours on-call for high priority issues Maintain Access Control and CCTV systems Provide IT support for conferencing equipment, collaboration rooms and printing servicesWhat skills and experience do you need? Experience in Windows 10 and MacOS (installation, operation and troubleshooting) Imaging and deploying Windows equipment using various tools including SCCM and Intune Hardware support: Various Windows and Apple devices Active Directory and Azure Active Directory knowledge Knowledge of networking concepts, principles and troubleshooting skills Microsoft Office 365 administration knowledge Video conferencing (implementations and troubleshooting), printing support, patch management, asset management Data center equipment physical maintenance ITIL awareness Experience in using ITSM tools Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Awareness of IT hardware and security audits Experience maintaining Access Control and CCTV systems Experience with PowerShell scripting (nice to have).What's in it for you?Benefits: Collect up to 30 - 50 - 70% of your salary in USD with our Endava Dual Pay program.
