RYZ is looking for a Program Manager - Travel who will be in charge of coordinating and managing the operations of a travel startup (https://www.offsiteio.com/). You will be responsible for designing and delivering a world-class, premium travel service experience to our customers to ensure all customer support needs are correctly prioritized, serviced, and continuously assessed according to protocol and service agreement guidelines and standards. You will drive the strategy of our programs and processes to innovate and ensure an exceptional and seamless traveler support experience occurs. Basic Qualifications: - 4+ years of travel operations experience. - Proven track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management; familiarity with the Travel industry. - Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses. - Availability to travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through. - Strong sense of urgency and commitment. - Handles ambiguity well and can navigate new and unfamiliar situations with confidence and ease. - Track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management. Preferred Qualifications: - Comprehensive understanding of the travel and meeting industry ecosystem. - Technology-savvy; experienced with travel agency systems, including mid- and back-office systems, travel technologies, meetings management system, digital and social media. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and project teams.
