As the Vice President of the Business Resiliency team you will give support executing the resiliency strategic agenda in the Corporate and & Investment Banking function, being a close partner to global stakeholders.

Job responsibilities : Support execution of the Corporate and & Investment Banking resiliency strategic agenda, partnering closely with global stakeholders and the Firmwide Resiliency teamDevelop a cohesive and effective partnership with business and operations Proactively manage resiliency risks to incorporate appropriate mitigations and controlsEngage with control stakeholders including 2nd and 3rd lines of defenseRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Change Management - the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and to effectively manage effects of change to people, structure or technologyInitiative – self-motivated, able to realize the need for change and seek feasible solutions. Analytical thinking - thinking through problems or situations in a systematic wayThe ability to effectively communicate in a collaborative way, ensuring understanding and maintaining audience attention. Relationship building across functions and geographies to expand influence and knowledgeDecision making – able to identify, assess and select different courses of actionFlexibility to work well both as an individual and as part of a team Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio)Strong prioritization, planning and time management skillsAbility to interact effectively with management and drive results in a matrixes management environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in an investment banking Regulatory, Compliance or Operational teamBusiness Resiliency, Operational & Crisis Management experience Knowledge of compliance, audit, risk and operational management concepts Successful track record of delivering results; Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workloadAnalytical and organized with a systematic thought process.Creates & promotes a culture of continuous process improvementAt JPMorgan Chase & Co. we value the unique skills of every employee, and we're building a Resiliency organization that thrives on diversity.
