As the Vice President of the Business Resiliency team you will give support executing the resiliency strategic agenda in the Corporate and & Investment Banking function, being a close partner to global stakeholders.

Job responsibilities : Support execution of the Corporate and & Investment Banking resiliency strategic agenda, partnering closely with global stakeholders and the Firmwide Resiliency teamDevelop a cohesive and effective partnership with business and operations Proactively manage resiliency risks to incorporate appropriate mitigations and controlsEngage with control stakeholders including 2nd and 3rd lines of defenseRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Change Management - the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and to effectively manage effects of change to people, structure or technologyInitiative – self-motivated, able to realize the need for change and seek feasible solutions.
