In this Role
- You will have the chance to know about the pharmaceutical industry, perform practices complementary to the academic formation, gaining experience in the field and enrich your learning related to your career.
- You will acquire knowledge That will enable you to improve your work environment insertion adopting different skills and abilities related to real situations from the working world.
- You will increase the knowledge and management of current and new technologies leading to contribute your orientation in career specialization and working field.
Main Responsibilities:
- Safety Database management and IS tools
- Follow-up and tracking of safety information submissions to Health Authorities to different countries within SouthCone
- Perform reconciliations, tracking and follow-up of requests received within the PV Department
- Daily check of pending safety requests from Global PV and assignment to the different members of the team
- F-up of deadlines and due dates
- Daily check of phone answering machine and tracking of requests
- Participation in Team meetings
- Administrative tasks
- Follow-up of Department Spends
- Interaction and reconciliation with the different Departments within the company
Your competencies : To succeed in the role, we require candidates to have
Education: Advanced students from health science careers
Experience & knowledge: To succeed in the role, we require candidates to have:
- Health sciences knowledge, good predisposition, positive and proactive attitude.
- Good interpersonal relationship
- IS tools management
- Advanced English
Additional competencies:
Decision taking, Act for change, Transversal cooperation and patient-focused.
