The Opportunity The purpose of this role is being accountable for project Planning to support the Project Control Manager and assist PMO (Project Management Office) preparing and coordinating the development of staffing and operating plans for planning and scheduling activities. It reviews contract drafts for adequacy of scheduling requirements, and coordinates development of all data in support of negotiations. It directs all planning development and maintenance monitoring activities. It also directs schedule analysis study and problem-solving activities.
This role is responsible for developing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to inform the leadership team with the status of the project. The incumbent needs to provide information that feeds in CMF, Steering Committee, and Investment Committee as and when required. The role will ensure the procedures and standards provided by the PMO will be thoroughly followed.
