They lead projects into uncharted creative territories and create new outcomes. They design fundamentalists, but approach projects with a systems and stories mindset. They identify user needs, interpret client challenges, create innovative concepts and define visual language.Presenting ideas is huge in our business. We develop dynamic content that turns presentations into something memorable. Whether it's a product launch, pitch, demo or something entirely new, we shape messages into stories that inspire people in a live setting.Here's what you should know if you want to be a Presentation Designer at R/GA:On any given day you might Work within a team to assist with the creation, conception, and execution of designsUnderstand and extend the visual language for projects, understanding how a presentation looks, how it works, and how it will be used in the futureCreate notable presentations in alignment with the agency's standards and clients' requestsCommunicate and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the design is communicating the desired message The ideal person Has excellent oral, written, and presentation skillsIs incredibly detail orientedIs proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint and KeynoteIs comfortable working on both PC & Mac platformsCan work well with others, but also function independentlyIs a natural storyteller who can work effectively and creatively under tight deadlines You bring 2+ years' experience working in an agency or similar environmentProficiency in Figma and G-SuiteA clear understanding of design standards, such as layout, color, and typographyProficiency in English (Verbal and Written) DiversityNo matter who you are, where you're from, who you love, follow in faith, disability (or superpower), status, ethnicity or the gender you identify with (please do tell us your pronouns), you're welcome at R/GA.
