Presentations Specialist

J.P. Morgan's Global Corporate Finance Operations has offices worldwide, supporting the Investment Bank across the globe by creating, designing and formatting electronic presentations for internal clients.

ThePresentations Teamworks with documents that play an essential role in J.P.Morgan's communication with its clients, thus, making the role of the Presentation Specialist a central one.

The role requires creation and edition of Presentations/reports that provide insight into market research findings and graphics provided by internal clients, following the corporation's standards:

Formatting existing documents from handwritten or electronic manuscripts sent by Internal Clients as well as converting presentations from one template to another;
Ensure that all presentations delivered are within an agreed upon timeframe, designed professionally have accurate content and are error free;
Ensure consistency in the presentations delivered;
Develop or improve external client templates;
Perform special functions such as scanning, creation of electronic deliverable, template conversion and document production;
Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the Shift Lead for appropriate client clarification;
Adhere to print security and physical access procedures;
Ensure process adherence at all times

Time shift: Sun/Thurs 3 to 12 pm

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication both in English and Spanish
Attention to detail and ability to proof own work
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience with MS-Office suite
Ability to work on a fast-paced environment thriving under pressure
Adaptability/Flexibility and the ability to multitask
Graphic design background or equivalent
Experience in administrative tasks is a plus
