Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities: 1. Support the subcontractor prequalification of ZTE Representative Office, maintenance the partner relationship;
2. Identifying and implementing sourcing/cost optimization projects
3. Negotiating with subcontractors on contracts/prices/payment terms/ etc.
4. Ensure that the outsourcer resources are delivered on time for projects.
5. Responsible for the subcontractor implementation management, controlling the planning, cost, quality, progress.
6. Support to the subcontractor in the outsourcing settlement & payment procedure;
7. Responsible for organizing the subcontractor trainings and skill qualifications;
8. Responsible for other assignments requested by direct manager;
9. Share the experience to all team members;
10. Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
Qualification & Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications / Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent.
2. 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement positions, previous working experience in telecommunication or technology industry is preferred.
3. Negotiation, Analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Positive approach and adeptness in collaborative teamwork.
5. Ability to maintain clear focus under pressure.
6. Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skill.
7. Efficient at multitasking with acute attention to detail.
8. Proficient in English.
