Project Manager Con Dominio De Inglés Y Experiencia De 3 Años En Empresas De Telecomunicaciones

Cona Consulores is looking for a Project Manager to work for an important telecommunication company.

Profile Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the project implementation as a representative of the company and a coordinator between the company and client in the project implementation phase.

2. To prepare a project plan and project budget, coordinate appropriate allocation of human resources, manage and supervise subcontractors, perform engineering implementation and ensure to achieve the project objectives.

3. To prepare and improve procedures for better project controls, management of the purchases and materials, project progress reports and identification of related risks.

4. To prepare detailed organization structure and responsibility matrix, assign appropriate tasks and responsibilities to the team members, establish a project management system and training plan; carry out performance evaluation for each of the team members.

Requirements:

1. Education Background: it’s not necessary for the candidate to have a degree.

2. At least three years relevant working experience at telecommunication engineering implementation or telecommunication project manager.

3. Strong team building and management ability. Must be excellent at communication with clients (including finding new clients), and also manage the subcontractors/supervisors to complete the tasks on schedule. Must have good communication and negotiation skill

4. Intermediate English level

5. Willing to learn and a team-player with an ability to work under pressure within tight schedule.

6. willing to work overtime and travel in short periods

Full time: 9 to 18 hs
