Coordinate and monitor NOTIERS activity
Stakeholders Management
Clienting Service
Launch, Training and Advocacy on Agile Methodologies among Squads, client and creative agency
Control deliveries of strategy, media planning, creative and development teams along with the Squad leaders;
Monitor media deliveries of projects along with IT Cooordinator
Promote meetings between Squads and GM Stakeholders, other agencies and providers involved, assuring everyone is working in sync with the information defined in the briefing and scope
Creation, designing and adjustment of internal team processes
Discuss with the teams over lessons learned
Perform risk management plan
Time Sheet control and monthly report
