Project Specialist - Global Site Activation Team

Job Summary:Provide support and assistance to GSA (Global Site Activation) team related to the assigned project(s). Plans, develops, coordinates, and assists with project activities through all project phases; allocates, obtains, and manages resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives-You will: Assists in managing project delivery process, scopes of GSA projects under supervision; drives completion of the project.Evaluates project results against success metrics; recommends changes to processes, resources and solutions that improve productivity and product.Perform basic analysis that support reporting of ongoing engagements.Produce and distribute status and tracking reports for internal and external team members and senior management.Assists in the design and structures of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.Supports in delivering team reporting and guidance metrics.What do you need to have? 2- 5 years of experience in a related field including consulting, business intelligence, client service or similar position.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, ability to think critically.Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, etc.IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
