Specifically:
conduct market research to identify potential commercial van customers, including businesses, organizations, and industries that require commercial vehicles.generate and qualify leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and using online resources.maintain a database of potential and existing customers, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the commercial van offeringsnegotiate sales or leasing terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.coordinate with the sales team and management to develop competitive pricing strategies and promotional offers.prepare and submit regular sales reports, including lead status, sales activities, and closed deals.use CRM software to track sales activities and customer information.work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and management to align strategies and achieve sales goals.coordinate with the service and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferencesAbout you… Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in administration, including:
2 years proven experience in sales or Business Development (automotive industry preferred)strong negotiation and closing skills to secure and achieve targetsability to build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional serviceability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)proficiency working with CRM systems (ie.
