About the role: We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchasing Analyst for our Operations team, to help us grow by improving and analyzing purchasing processes with a growing e-commerce company. They will assist in budget forecasting and cutting purchase orders based on demand. They will help coordinate between product development, quality, and artwork departments to ensure orders move through the system on time.
Who you are: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to develop systems, and work independently and with the team. You have an analytical mind, able to analyze the data to determine the best course of action for purchasing day-to-day issues, as well as the ability to understand, apply, and be critical of various forecasting models.
Responsibilities: Assist with forecasting and weekly product ordering.Ordering and cutting product orders.Analyzing data to find areas for improvement in the purchasing process.Negotiating with vendors on pricing and other aspects.Improving the team KPIs.Qualifications: At least 3 years of proven experience in purchasing roles is required.Bachelor's degree in finance, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is mandatoryEnglish language speaking level B2 or higher, with excellent communication skillsKnowledge about warehouses is a big plus.Job Type: Remote.
