Design, develop, and deploy backend solutions independently or in collaboration with a small development team.? Rapidly prototype solutions and create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for client demonstration in an agile manner.? Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code to fulfill project requirements.? Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.? Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp project goals and translate them into technical requirements.? Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability and performance.Requirements:? Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)? 5+ years of experience in Software Development.? Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)? Proficiency at designing and developing software using many of the following: Vue or Python (Django), SQL (Postgres), AWS services (S3, Fargate, ElastiCache, RDS), Terraform, Athena, Fargate, Step Functions, and Elasticsearch.? Understanding of AWS, CloudFront, and load balancers.? Experience building enterprise software with complex business rules and data models.? Proficiency in designing and developing microservices or other distributed systems.? Experience with scaling to handle large data sets.? Effective communication and influence skills at a senior engineer level.? Proficiency in Agile software development methodology.? Ability to effectively communicate and influence team members and business partners at a senior engineer level.? Proficiency in Agile software development methodology, processes, and practices.Nice to have:? Java.? Containers Terraform, Docker.? Previous experience with Portals.? Adhering to SDLC.?
