The Offer- Opportunity to make a positive impact- Excellent career development opportunitiesThe JobAs a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in our development cycle, ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.You will work closely with our development team to design test plans, execute test cases, and be an advocate for best practices in quality assurance.Key Responsibilities :- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans.- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.- Monitor debugging process results and track quality assurance metrics.- Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.- Lead and mentor junior QA team members.- Report on test activities and results, highlighting any potential risks.The Profile- Proven work experience as a QA tester or similar role (5+ years preferred).- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.- Proficiency in SQL and scripting is an asset.- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.The EmployerOur client is a leading training analytics company based in Ontario, Canada, with a commitment to excellence and innovation.Our client is expanding our team and looking for a seasoned QA Analyst who is passionate about delivering quality products to join us on a remote basis from Argentina.
