Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate team member to ensure the quality and reliability of our digital products. As a QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering flawless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. Perform QA testing for multiple products across platforms (app, web, mobile). Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality. Identify, document, and track software defects using ClickUp and established automated testing suites. Work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability, usability, and performance considerations. Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate test results and status updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and software testing. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years experience in quality control. Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in a software development environment. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Solid understanding of web technologies, databases, and APIs. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed. Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ISTQB or similar certification is desirable but not required. Independent Contractors are able to manage their workloads and schedules as needed. Salary Range: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
