Commercialize all the Company's products to clients assigned inside and outside the country, complying with the company's instructions regarding customer service, training and obtaining information, advising clients.

- Defines and implements sales strategies for products and programs to increase market share and sales revenue in the assigned territory.

- Work with sales team to develop and execute growth strategies.

- It ensures the sales staff are organized and aligned with the product / target customer segments and the strategic direction of business in general.

- Collaborate with the management of products and other functions to define and promote the growth of the first line.

- Implements improvements, sales methodologies and sales management tools to obtain predictable results.
