What you will be doing QA manager is the principal support of the Development Manager in all management and HR duties within QA staff, QA manager has to analyze team conditions in order to develop plans to recruit, motivate and encourage the staff while striving to improve processes and product quality.QA manager also works with the QA expert to monitor the QA staff are following the process and strategy defined by the experts. Requirements Bachelors degree or associates with vast experience in the field.Excellent communication skills.Must have Management experience.CollaborativeTechnical proficiency, not only computer but QA processes and practices.
