We are looking for an experienced recruiter to a major and worldwide company in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is a great opportunity for an Professional Recruiter with 5+ years of experience who is looking for a significant career move in a company that provides continuous learning and support.

Main Responsibilities:

- Fill critical business positions with top talented professionals in a timely fashion.

- Support the company as an Employer of Choice by driving a positive candidate experience and being a brand ambassador.
- Partner and advise hiring teams on recruiting best practices.
- Organize and lead recruiting projects to completion while documenting the results and takeaways.
- Remain active in the local community by attending networking events, Meetups and conferences, and by staying up to date on market trends.

Job Requirements:

- 5+ Years of experience in Recruitment (likely Accounting and Administrative positions).
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in written spoken English and Spanish – very nice to have
- Ability to get work done on time and with high quality
- Ability to achieve and sustain high customer satisfaction from the client
- Teamworking spirit
- Strong work ethics.
