Description Nerdy is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator based in South America to join our corporate recruiting team and help with our accelerated hiring goals and recruitment projects. The Recruitment Coordinator will primarily help coordinate and streamline candidate scheduling (manager interviews, loop interviews, debriefs) and also assist with general pipeline management for several positions in Software Engineering, Data Science, Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, and more. As such, the individual in this role needs to be highly organized, exhibit a strong bias for action, have high high attention to detail, and be able to effectively work across multiple systems and platforms. The Recruitment Coordinator will also help with candidate sourcing, recruitment marketing (PR/social media initiatives, careers page content, job ads), and other recruitment projects that will lead to increased candidate engagement and great hires for Nerdy.
