Job Description:
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will support the Argentina/HSA Recruitment Marketing campaigns lead by the HSA Recruitment Marketing Manager with tactical planning, content development and execution. He/She will be responsible for understanding the recruitment marketing objectives as well as understanding the profile of candidates and provide the most effective high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audiences and reinforce and enhance the Accenture brand.
Accountabilities include:
Manage and lead- from concept to execution- recruitment marketing campaigns targeting business critical skills (both tech and consulting) in Argentina/HSA in collaboration with the business and Technology/consulting teams.
Basic Qualifications
- University degree
- Advanced level in English (Oral/Written)
Skills and Work Experience
Skills : Candidate marketing, Brand management: talent brand, Analytics, Digital strategy, Campaign planning.
Ability to work closely with leadership, acting as a communications advisor, as appropriate • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, including channels and tools • Excellent written, communications & presentation skills • Strong MS Office skills—Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priority projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent and fluent written and oral Spanish
Experience:
2+ years in marketing and/or communications roles, with experience in digital marketing and knowledge of social and content marketing. Comfortable working across multiple teams to deliver objective.
5+ years’ experience in a communications or content marketing role
