Your Team, Your ImpactThe Regional Compensation & Benefits Leader will lead the design, development, administration, and implementation of compensation programs, policies and structures in the Americas region and benefits programs, policies, and practices for Argentina. The Regional Compensation & Benefits Leader will be responsible for providing support to business units on all aspects of compensation and benefits.What You Can Expect As our Regional Compensation & Benefits Leader, you will:
Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs with the region.Lead communication and education efforts related to compensation and benefits, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of their total rewards package.Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits trends, market benchmarks, and industry best practices to ensure competitiveness. Stay informed about emerging trends and developments.Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related issues.Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement related to compensation and benefits, identifying areas of improvement.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits practices.Performs other related duties as required or requested.#LI-MFBJ
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you must:
