We are presently hiring for a LAS Digital Marketing Manager.

As the LAS Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving three key areas in Lenovo’s marketing transformation: Digital Campaigns, Data & Analytics and Monetization.

About the role:

First and foremost is to support the LAS Marketing team (20 spanish speaking countries in LATAM) ensuring that all digital campaigns (Social, Display, SEM, Video, email, affiliate, etc) are fully supported and integrated with regional strategy.

Second is to drive the Data & Analytics program in Oracle tools (Responsys for Consumer Segment and Eloqua for SMB and Corporate Segment) which requires to gather and prepare the data, create test and evaluate the campaign and deployment the knowledge through customized reports.

Finally, you will be leading a small team to investigate, design and implement solutions for monetizing the PC after the point of sales. Solutions include partnering with outside vendors in a business development capacity to bring software into Lenovo which we would include to drive upsell, cross-sell opportunities. Also develop ideas to leverage the web and the PC for advertising/highlighting after-point-of-sale selling.

It also entails supporting all Global, regional and local teams and BUs, to ensure full integration into all their programs, campaigns and launches.

All of this must be done while insuring an integrated approach to all that we do, with close collaboration and learning across different discipline areas and across the wider team, pioneering new ideas

Position Requirements:

Advanced level of English (fluent in speaking and writing).

College / University degree in Marketing / Digital Media or related

Min 5 years of experience in working at an enterprise level

Project management and expert level skills of MS Office Suit (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Omniture/Google Analytics, Responsys, Eloqua, Salesforce and Ariba

Effectively manage budgets, raising Purchase Orders, checking and approving invoices, and providing Proof Of Executionss to ensure full alliance reimbursement with no overspend and with no losses or exposure

Proven leadership with strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across multiple reporting levels, including executives. With experience establishing metrics, analyzing data and developing dashboards and reporting, including executive reporting

Be proactive and consultative key team player, able to work on their own initiative. Highly structured individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple simultaneous projects and keep a holistic view in perspective

Strong decision-making skills with ability to think proactively and problem solve; ability to negotiate and influence others, manage multiple diverse points yet driving consensus & alignment

Independent, self-starter with a “take charge” attitude and proven ability to work in a fast paced environment; comfortable leading, following and improving upon new and existing processes
