Regional Supply Planner

Regional Supply Planner - Your future position?Overall Mission. As a Regional Supply Planner, you will have to perform Supply Planning processes in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and maintain an overview of overall Supply Planning team activities. Contribute to the achievement of Supply Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements. Act as the main point of contact for the Head of Planning in relation to defined processes.Main Responsibilities:
Actively works to continuously improve processes
Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Act as a contact person for the key internal and external stakeholders for operational topics
Day to day operations in the Supply Planning area:For Global vendor managed materials:
Optimize inbound supply patterns and evaluate exception request from VMI Planner
Manage planning parameters and lead time data and evaluate exception request from VMI Planner
Identify materials supply constraints and collaborate with global Supply Chain team to develop resolution options
For Global vendor manage materials and non-vendor managed material:
Optimize network inventory levels and evaluate exceptions request from the site
Generate material requirements plan

Bachelor´s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Relationships.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting (bilingual)
Portuguese is a plusProfessional experience: 6 month/3 years of experience in PlanningRequired skills:
Experience with SAP PP/MM modules is an advantage
Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
