The Position Lead and supervise kitchen staff in daily food preparation Train and mentor culinary team members Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes to high standards, considering dietary requirements and guest preferences. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours.
