He is responsible for all issues in his area, whether with external and internal customers, distributors

Repairs equipment (under warranty or not), performs new equipment installation tasks and performs maintenance tasks on customers, ensuring compliance with the quality standards of our equipment and processes.Quote repair work.Maintains updated information on work done and pending in the Management System. Maintains communication with customers whose equipment is under repair.Prepare the technical reports on the work done on the repaired equipment or the justification when it has no repair.Consult Sartorius Germany about advice and compatibility of spare parts,
specific problems of complex equipment.Control the stock of existing parts.Maintains and protects the equipment and tools it is responsible for.Collaborate on the tasks and train the Junior Technician.Participate in meetings to monitor objectives and exchange experiences.
