Replenishment Planner

Replenishment Planner - Your future position? Overall Mission: As a Replenishment Planner, you will have to perform Replenishment Planning processes in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and maintain an overview of overall team activities. Contribute to the achievement of Replenishment Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements. Act as a main point of contact for the Head of Planning in relation to defined processes.Main Responsibilities:
Actively works to continuously improve processes
Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
Lays out work in an organized manner monitors progress and results
Support the set up and supervised the Replenishment Planning team for the pilot countries (team up to 7 persons)
Day to day operations in the Replenishment Planning area:
For non-vendor managed material:
Create and manage STOs until delivery
Identify slow and obsolete inventory batches, review status and facilitate necessary stock transfers

Bachelor´s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Relationships.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting (advanced) - Portuguese desirable
. Professional experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in PlanningRequired skills:
Experience with SAP PP/MM modules is an advantage
Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Work alone comfortably
