• Proveer ayuda a la Gerencia incluyendo entrenamientos
• Atender consultas vía telefónica e email
• Identificar, investigar y resolver problemas / dudas de los clientes
• Realizar el seguimiento y analisis de casos que no han sido resueltos inmediatamente
• Elaborar el registros de llamadas, reportes e informes
• Realizar Diversas funciones administrativas adicionales, según sea necesario o asignado
• Ejecturar carga de datos y control d novedades
REQUISITOS
• Experiencia en Customer Service (banca, retail, ventas, etc.)
• Estudiantes de recursos humanos, relaciones laborales, etc (Deseable)
• Ingles intermedio/avanzado.
• Disponibilidad full-time

• Gestionar y liderar un equipo de empleados
• Buen manejo de PC y paquete Office (Excel principalmente)
