Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision.
Responds to incoming customer calls, emails, qualifies them, and routes the qualified contacts and leads to associated sales professional(s).
Compiles budgetary quotes for simple to complicated jobs by gathering technical data, customer presentations, lead time and others for customer facing sales force.
Gets involved in customer visits and events, makes decisions where there is no clear procedure outlined.
Receives and processes orders, issues order acknowledgements, invoices and shipping notices for simple to complicated jobs.
Communicates order status, inventory status and other associated information to customer facing sales force, and identifies any issues.
Resolves customer issues where applicable, engages other for resolution where applicable (including shipment and after sale).
Periodically reviews and reports inventory/stock levels, takes action and creates orders if needed.
Actively supports all branch personnel in the sale of products to retail customers across varying levels of tasks.

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on:the:job experience.
Executes a plan of visits in the field, to the main operations of the key accounts, identifying the actors with highest level of decision. Relief and keeps updated the fleet information and maintenance scheme of these accounts. Participate in meetings with personnel responsible for technical areas for new projects and in progress. It collects relevant information and technical data for the preparation / presentation of maintenance proposals and best practices, to promote the benefit of the use of all company products and labor Cummins. Identify opportunities and present them to the commercial leader to define the most appropriate strategy. Organize and provide technical talks for the maintenance teams of key accounts. It elaborates filtration guides, lubrication plans and implements tests of high technology products to increase the maintenance intervals and early detection of possible events in the engines, through telemetry . Propose supply plans adequate to the needs of customers, under contracts. Ensures the provision of products through monitoring with the administrative analyst HHP. Reports KPIs to the commercial leader and costumers. Identifies and provides solutions to problems involving the necessary support areas. It is responsible for inventories to ensure current service and provision agreements. If necessary, generate complementary orders. Permanent interaction with product support area, application engineering and technical service. Management of commercial and service area management systems (Salesforce, Movex, CRM, Spot)Job
