Who are we looking for?
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, OR relevant work experience.
5+
years of experience in operations roles that involve manipulating and analyzing data finding revenue opportunities, automating processes, implementing good data hygiene processes and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Proven experience in implementing and managing CRM systems and other relevant tools to optimize sales and marketing operations. (Experience with HubSpot is a must)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making and process improvements.
Ability to build reports and dashboards to answer key business questions
Experience in project management and process optimization, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and CRMs
English Level C1/C2
Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus
Highly organized and strong ability to prioritize a chaotic workload
Main responsibilities
Work closely with the leadership team to be a strategic advisor on how to use data-driven strategies to support ARR and NRR goals
Find low hanging fruit revenue opportunities that already existing in our CRM in an automated fashion with the support of the sales team
Create and execute our CRM hygiene strategy that our teams will adhere to
Be the go-to expert on all things related to the data in our CRM
Lead and facilitate regular meetings and workshops to promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams
Foster effective communication and collaboration between the sales, customer success, talent, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and streamlined approach to revenue generation and customer engagement.
Develop and implement standardized processes that support the seamless flow of information and data across various departments, including sales, customer success, talent, and marketing.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a unified approach to lead generation and nurturing.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across departments, identifying trends and areas for improvement to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency using our CRM data.
