The RFP Writer serves as the primary writing and editing resource in the development, completion, and on-time submission of proposals.The role of the RFP writer requires someone with attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to form client relationships.We are looking for a dynamic individual who works well in a team environment and has at least 1-2 years of work experience and or a business degree.Job Type :- Full-time : Monday to Friday - 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM (times to be adjusted as needed).- Training Period (approximately 3 months) - 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM (time to be adjusted as needed).Responsibilities :- Identify RFP opportunities from key sources (i.e. MERX), evaluate chances of winning,prepare responses, and track results.- Research and identify reusable content (e.g. proposal boilerplates) that the proposal team can leverage.- Collaborate with cross functional team members to gather pricing and other proposal components- Provide guidance on proposal content and provide content editing support.- Manage project timelines throughout all stages from draft to delivery- Ensures the structural requirements, mandatory and rated criteria of each RFP have been addressed;- Deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products and services, competitive information and industry trends- Develops and maintains the Proposal Content Database to ensure the content is accurate and up to date.- Build and maintain client relationships from successful RFP proposals with account management.- Other duties may be reasonably requested.
