Mondelez International is looking for vacancy: Supervisor, Route Planning & Partnership

Position Purpose

Development, monitoring and continuous improvement of the TDs network.

Main Responsibilities

- Commercial Consulting: Diagnosis.
- Opportunity Detection.
- Resource Optimization.
- Establish and follow action plans.
- TD Financial Health: Sales, Margins, Costs (structure, taxes, HR, social charges).
- Incorporation into the new TDs network: Advice on the design of the TD adequate internal organization.
- Review process schedules and investments agreed in the BP.
- Detect and suggest improvements in the processes.
- Perform WP monitoring.
- Diagnosis of warehousing structure (capacity, possible savings, efficiency in general).
- Presentation of Business Proposals areas of TDs. Expansion of areas, sensitivity in P&L; (Newton).
- Business scale development of TDs.
- Agreements and incorporation of Partners.

Qualifications

Academic knowledge

- Appropriate degree.

Work experience

- Experience in mass consumption, with distributor-based business format (5 years)

Abilities

- Intermediate English.
