Rpa Developer

This position will be responsible for executing the RPA portfolio for LATAM centers as part of the global automation program within the CBS Center to drive productivity, cost efficiency and quality improvement. The RPA developer will support Center automation strategy by designing, developing and testing bots across finance, procurement, logistics and transportation & logistics processes.
70% Develop, test & Deploy RPA bots across functionsPerform technical feasifibility for preidentified projects.Design bot solution to support to be model.Develop bot with the agreed automation tool.Work closely with business users during UAT and hypercare period.
15% Maintain and provide support for existing bots.Perform root cause analysis and trouble shoot any issue with an existing bot.Prodive guidance regarding timeline to solve issues.
15% Execute non RPA related projects.As part of a broader Continuous Impromevent team, other project might be assigned related but not limited to:
o Sharepoint
o Analytics (Power BI)
o VBA/SQL developments.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications3 - 5 years relevant work experience in programming and automation.Intermediate in EnglishObject oriented programming intermediate levelStrong track record of delivering complex work on timeAdvanced office suite knowledge (Excel, Access)Experience working in a virtual, global environmentAbility to manage time, balance multiple tasks and constantly work with changing prioritiesExperience in a start-up environment with considerable ambiguityProactive self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independentlyStrong numerical abilities & strong attention to detailAbility to quickly learn and provide “out of the box” solutions, utilizing new automation systems and tools
