It will be required, at least 5 years previous experience in the sale of solutions and services in the Training and Development sector. Digital sales experience in Training and Development an advantage
The key responsibilities will be:
Sales Strategy Collaborates on the definition of the sales strategy operation in the country Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy – both on farming and hunting activities. Account Development: Researches ideal prospects and engages with buying centres Opportunity Management: Engages with prospect client buying centres to develop opportunities to create a predictable sales funnel Analyses customer's needs and partners to propose commercially appropriate solutions Proposes and defines account plans to strategically develop and retain larger, existing accounts. Develops a portfolio plan of prospect and active accounts Partners with Marketing to deliver campaigns designed to create leads and opportunities Sales Targets Achievement Ensures the achievement of sales targets Ensures that new client acquisition targets are met Defines the most appropriate sales approach and actions to attract new accounts Ensures that the market is continuously monitored Ensures that commercial offers and pricing are managed effectively and margins are achieved Balances account development and opportunity management efforts with forward planning to ensure effective time management and maximum revenue generation Prepares sales reports Develops relationships with institutions and associations to stay current with market and company trends and creates a network of contacts Establishes significant and long-lasting relationships with all the main stakeholders of each target company Partnerships Liaises with Solution Designer and Trainers/SMEs in order to constantly connect sales activities with solution design and implementation Collaborates with an open and constructive approach with key internal functions, constantly integrating plans and actions with other functions' priorities Partners with solutions design and project management as early as practical to ensure client needs are understood and effective solutions are proposed
