What you will do

The incumbent is responsible for leading the development and execution of key marketing strategies to defend and grow current business. Plans, directs, and coordinates the selling activities of Distributors under his/her supervision in accordance with budgeted objectives in order to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to pre-set standards.

1. Analyze sales opportunities of Sport Medicine products to the medical industry in the territory.

2. Identify distributors in the area with the ability to provide excellent service to customers and meet with the company’s quality and compliance policies.

3. identify potential key accounts where Stryker could sell Sport Medicine on direct.

4. Responsible for advertising, providing operational support and carrying out the necessary negotiations with indirect channels to ensure the continued growth of Sport Medicine product line in the whole Country.

5. Maintain constant communication with Key stake holders to identify commercial needs. Work with Distributors and Purchase departments of Hospitals and clinics to meet those needs.

5. Offer and promote Marketing education with surgeons and their teams in the territory.

6. Lead marketing efforts focused on creating and optimizing an overall portfolio marketing strategy including new product prioritization and launches, and cross-franchise value proposition initiatives.

7. Direct market insight and competitive analysis initiatives including the identification of competitive threats & technologies and creating strategies to defend and grow current business.

8. Responsible for the franchise’s P&L including orders and net margins, pricing and margins strategy

Other duties as assigned by Business Unit Manager

9. Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker Code of Conduct,and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

What you need

University Degree in business with an emphasis in Marketing or related discipline

Proven management experience with distributors orthopedics at least 8 years.

experience in direct sales will be valued in orthopedics.

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
