About the Role: In this role youll be a cornerstone in supporting Account Managers and Senior Sales Operations Specialists focusing on sales data sales processes and tools optimization.
Your efforts will be crucial in building lead lists removing technical obstacles and enhancing reports tools and automations.
Your Responsibilities: Estimate the total potential market build segment and maintain highquality lists to ensure the team has the best leads to approach. Report and create visualizations and dashboards based on the teams specific needs. Support the team with technical integrations between CRM (Salesforce Hubspot Pipedrive) and sales tech stack Administrate CRM Sales Tech Stack & Evergrowths sales playbook systems Handle data sourcing structuring cleaning and visualization to match specific needs. Automate simple repetitive tasks using nocode or lowcode tools like Zapier Make or Parabola. Document & improve various sales processes and technical integration guidelines Were a Fit If Youre: Has experience in administering such CRMs like Salesforce Hubspot or Pipedrive (you know how to add fields create reports etc) Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with various advanced formulas.
