About the Role The Global Sales Operations team works closely with key stakeholders to foster productivity within the sales team, drive process improvement and influence sales growth.This role presents an rare opportunity to work with a global team (hybrid and flexible working environment) partnering with a sales community based around the globe as a Sales Performance Executive. Key Responsibilities- Streamline and automate sales process to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts. Identify and support the implementation of CRM system enhancements to support sales operations;- Provide sales support and guidance to the sales team to address Sales concerns and queries, including training on sales tools, processes,and tips & tricks;- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records, sales pipelines, and contracts;- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, local operation and compliance team to ensure accuracy and completeness in deal closure / validation.Key Requirements- Experience working in a Sales Operations or other supporting function in a similar capacity;- Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must;- Working knowledge of CRM systems preferred (not necessarily);- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in an international team environment;- Comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment;- Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for tasks and deadlines;- Flexibility to work with colleagues across different time zones when necessary.
