? Generate prospect leads through cold-calling
? Identify decision-makers and set up meetings with target leads
? Create and deliver qualified opportunities and ensure follow-up
? Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
? Continually expand the company's sales pipeline
? Register all sales activities on a daily basis in CRM
? Reach sales objectives defined every quarter. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals
? Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Report on market trends in the industry and share inside sales information
? Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and build relationships
? Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
? Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
? Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services and communicate them effectively to customers
Requirements: ? Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, impeccable writing skills as well
? Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food and feed industry
? Self-management, focus, and perseverance
? Strong team player, but also a self-starter
? Good knowledge and skills in Google tools
? Tertiary/university studies (completed or in progress)
? Ability to achieve and exceed targets
? Knowledge of market trends and industry developments
? Experience using CRM software
? Ability to travel as needed
