Sales Representative - Staffing Agency

We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll identify and qualify leads , develop strong relationships with potential clients, and ultimately help us grow our business.
What you'll be doing: Negotiate and close deals Cold-calling, emailing, setting appointments: reaching new clients and schedule meetings between qualified leads. Lead generation and qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their specific hiring needs, company culture, and budget. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential clients. Hitting Targets: Meet or exceed assigned quotas for qualified leads. Essential Requirements: English proficiency Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the staffing industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Familiarity with ATS & CRM platforms, with a preference for Salesforce or HubSpot.
