About the team Dialpad is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Salesforce Systems Administrator with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills to join our Systems and Tools team. The team plays an essential role in quote creation, contract management , and all revenue data including commissions. We support the business with innovative ideas and technical expertise while working closely with our Global Sales teams, Finance, Deal Desk, Marketing and Operations departments.
Your role As a Systems Administrator at Dialpad, you'll be part of a passionate team who are responsible for supporting the Salesforce CRM platform which integrates with financial and billing systems. The team works closely with technology liaisons of various platforms to troubleshoot issues and engage on issue resolution. The Systems Administrator must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to handle a high volume of requests from customers with varying technical skills. You will need to pay close attention to detail, be a strong problem solver and not afraid to chase down answers. You will work closely with the Sr. Systems Administrator to prioritize and strategize on tasks. The Systems Administrator must be proficient at documenting new processes and understand the underlying business operations in order to support users in Salesforce and related systems, while keeping our platform running at a high scale, speed, accuracy and reliability. You will collaborate with the team to deliver valuable functionality to our internal customers.
This position reports to our Director, Sales Ops & Strategy and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office.
