The primary role of the Screenwriter is to come up with creative, original ideas for our producers and directors to create original adult themed content. This role requires some filmmaking background as well as strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced changing environment. Along with screenwriting duties you may be required to assist producers in casting, booking, budgeting, etc. of video projects. The job will expose you to the content of adult nature. Be able to present and communicate your ideas effectively with producers and directors. Be able to write clearly and concisely.Be able to write original and realistic dialogue. Develop and write original content for our digital platform that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives web-based Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop ideas for new projects. Research and analyze relevant topics to ensure authenticity and accuracy in the storytelling. Create engaging characters and compelling storylines that resonate with the target audience. Write and revise scripts based on feedback from the creative team and project stakeholders. Collaborate with the production team to ensure the script aligns with the production budget and timeline. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in screenwriting to ensure the company's content remains innovative and engaging.Attend production meetings and provide input on creative decisions related to the script. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in creative writing, screenwriting, or related field. 3+ years of experience in screenwriting, including experience in character development, plot construction, and dialogue writing. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop compelling characters and storylines. Excellent research skills and attention to detail to ensure authenticity and accuracy in the storytelling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the creative and production teams. Knowledge of screenwriting software, such as Final Draft or Celtx. Experience in writing for web-based digital platforms is a plus. A strong portfolio of screenwriting projects that demonstrate technical expertise and creative vision.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Google products (google drive, google sheets, google docs, etc.). Experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising is a plus. Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment. Able to keep up with demand and deliver according to deadlines. Adaptable, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a constantly changing environment. Nice To Haves: Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
