Role Overview As a Semi Senior Producer, you will play a crucial role in scoping, planning, and executing projects while ensuring they meet our clients' expectations and our company's quality standards. You will be responsible for managing simultaneous projects and fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate between project stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high-end production work consistently.Ensure clear marking of all video milestones on calendars and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Align project work with client strategies, brand identities, and creative goals while maintaining quality standards.Collaborate with one of our major clients to create and produce video content across various platforms.Translate client requests into clear brief documents and communicate them effectively to the teams.Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project scopes.Provide clear instructions for deliverables and timings while remaining open to team suggestions.Identify and address potential planning and production issues proactively.Facilitate regular meetings and distribute performance reports, status changes, and project documentation to all stakeholders.Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to cultivate and grow client relationships.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex production concepts into understandable language for clients and team members.Proficiency in defining priorities and communicating them clearly to the team.Ability to anticipate and mitigate planning and production issues effectively.Experience in creating detailed project timelines and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion.Advanced English proficiency#LI-FC1 #LI-Hybrid
