A career within Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be responsible for complex financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational events. Consult on deals, mergers and acquisitions for PwC clients.
Analyze Balance Sheets and accounting reports under US GAAP & IFRS
Work on P&L reconciliations.
Financial Statements presentation and building of reports.
Preparation of technical accounting memos.
US GAAP-IFRS conversions
Attend meetings with the Global Deals Team and Clients.
Provide advice on Complex Accounting matters.
