JOB PURPOSE Unicoin is seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI Generative Data Scientist to lead our efforts in leveraging generative AI models to analyze and generate synthetic data for various applications in fintech and blockchain. As a Senior AI Generative Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in advancing Unicoin 's data-driven initiatives and driving innovation in the field of artificial intelligence. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the research, development, and implementation of generative AI models for synthesizing realistic and high-quality data sets in the domain of fintech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to identify opportunities and use cases for generative AI in Unicoin's products and services. Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance, robustness, and scalability of generative AI models, and iterate on model architectures and training methodologies to achieve optimal results. Develop algorithms and techniques to address challenges specific to generating synthetic data for complex financial transactions, blockchain transactions, and other fintech applications. Implement best practices for data preprocessing, augmentation, and evaluation to ensure the quality and diversity of generated data sets meet the requirements of downstream applications. Stay current with the latest research and advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and apply relevant techniques and methodologies to solve real-world problems in fintech and blockchain. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business impact and value. Mentor and coach junior data scientists and provide technical leadership and guidance on AI generative modeling techniques, best practices, and emerging trends. Contribute to Unicoin's intellectual property portfolio by publishing research papers, presenting at conferences, and participating in industry collaborations and partnerships. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a focus on generative modeling, deep learning, or artificial intelligence. Proven experience (5 + years) in research and development of generative AI models, particularly in the areas of generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and other advanced techniques. Strong background in machine learning, statistics, and numerical optimization, with hands-on experience in implementing and training deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Solid understanding of fintech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency concepts and applications, with previous experience working on data-related projects in these domains preferred. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, and experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib). Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate research hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze results to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Flexible and adaptable – can manage change and work comfortably with ambiguity Team player – works well in a collaborative environment Being fluent in English and Spanish is desirable.
