We are seeking a dynamic Senior Client Growth Manager to lead our client engagement efforts and unlock new avenues of expansion. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities while ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and cultivate growth opportunities within our existing client base. The Senior Client Growth Manager will possess a keen understanding of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, coupled with a deep knowledge of our service offerings. Strategically apply our services to effectively meet client KPIs. This involves asking insightful questions, comprehending client needs, and tailoring our products to deliver maximum impact. Equip our sales team with the necessary tools and resources to execute successful UpSell and Cross-Sell initiatives. Monitor opportunities diligently and oversee the implementation of our Growth Framework to drive sustainable results. Develop an intimate familiarity with Epsilon products, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement with precision.
