Senior Corporate Lawyer

A modern progressive and boutique law firm has a requirement for a Company Commercial Lawyer at Partner level to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer to join a firm that predominately works with an established presence.

The firm are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic lawyer with 7 years + experience in corporate transactions and commercial work. The ideal candidate will have a following, however this is not a requirement as the firm will consider ambitious lawyers who are able to develop and pitch for large scale business.

As well as managing the Company Commercial team that will include general staff management, looking after team member workloads and providing technical expertise, this role will also play and active and key role within the senior leadership and strategies of the firm; having a genuine impact on the direction and strategy of the firm as the business grows.
