Descripción del puesto:Responsibilities and Expectations:The dynamic team at Ad Cucina is seeking a Senior Designer who can demonstrate world-class execution of innovative and effective digital communication and interface design across all digital platforms.Key responsibilities and expectations include:•Demonstrating expertise in the most up-to-date design programs, including Adobe Creative Suite.•Analyzing problems, anticipating consequences, and eliminating obstacles to successfully complete projects.•Collaborating with the Marketing Department to implement primary design direction that incorporates best practices in design and technology.•Being a strong visual designer of PowerPoint presentations used both internally and externally.•Possessing strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with managers and technology teams to implement designs.•Proactively researching and pursuing ideas for professional development to improve craft.•Concepting and collaborating on ideas, digital tactics, and other marketing activations while working on multiple projects.•Being detail-oriented and able to organize and prioritize work effectively.•Working quickly under tight deadlines and taking personal responsibility for on-time deliverables and expertly crafted designs that adhere to agency standards.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, candidates should have:•+5 years of visual design experience, including web, interaction, and traditional graphic design.•An outstanding portfolio showcasing experience.•Strong conceptual thinking abilities.•Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.•Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design programs.•Solid typography skills.•Understanding of the technical possibilities and limitations of web development, with an emphasis on front-end development (CSS, HTML5, etc.).•Knowledge of and ability to use animation programs (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a significant plus.•A bachelor's degree in graphic design from a four-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience.If you re passionate about design, food, and pushing the boundaries of advertising creativity while meeting these qualifications, we d love to hear from you.Join us at Ad Cucina, where we blend artistry with technology to create memorable campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
