Senior Experience Designer

ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our team in Buenos Aires.

Our client is one of the largest insurance brokers in the world, working in the insurance business domain and providing risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and investment banking solutions.
REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in Product DesignStrong skills in prototyping, user interviews, in-field studies, any types of qualitative and quantitative research, incl. usability tests, etcDeep understanding of the Design Thinking approach and mindsetAdvanced level of EnglishRESPONSIBILITIES Lead, guide, and monitor design processes and approaches for solving the problem, and leading others toward that solution in cross-functional meetingsContributes to the modeling of solution backlogPrepare and conduct presentations of UX deliverables for different audiences (internal and external stakeholders, clients, project teams)Conducting user research sessions (in-home, in-office, user testing, diary studies), and deriving meaningful insights through analysisStructuring content, developing taxonomies, crafting navigation, and formulating other activities that make information accessible, usable, and understandableProducing structural design of a software interface, supporting a user's own through a system and ability to successfully interactApplying the knowledge of Color, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand expression that present the product or service in a way that is clear and approachable and appropriately exhibits personalityWhat will you get with ELEKSClose cooperation with a customerChallenging tasksCompetence developmentAbility to influence project technologiesTeam of professionalsABOUT ELEKS ELEKS is a custom software development company.
